Glen Ellen, a hidden gem in the heart of the rolling hills of wine country, is only 20 minutes from downtown Sonoma and prides itself on offering something amazing for everyone. Many beautiful state parks and famous vineyards are just a few minutes away.

Featuring three bedrooms with queen beds, two full baths, living room, fully-stocked kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining tables, surrounding deck with bench seating, and a six person hot tub, The Oak Haven is able to offer relaxing, overnight accommodations for up to 6 people.

Sloping, wooden ceilings with exposed beams, large windows, antique furnishings, pellet-burning fireplace, and dimmable, well-appointed lighting create a relaxing experience that feels close to nature with a quaint, rustic feel. If you like to cook, enjoy our new, electric double oven!

For indoor entertainment, high speed internet is readily available. Enjoy your preferred media on our portable 50 inch flat screen, subscription-based Apple TV (no cable) and speaker bar. There are also a myriad of boardgames available!

For reading enthusiasts, there's a plush, lounging chair with a foot rest, and reading light by the fireplace. Local hiking, biking and winery guide books, cook books, non-fiction, novels, and classic short stories are nearby.

Our kitchen offers large, operable, sun-lit windows, an electric stove top, a double oven, stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee grinder, tea kettle, coffee maker, and more. The kitchen is well-stocked for all of your culinary needs.

The master bedroom suite features a queen bed, bathroom, an open walk in closet, dresser, antique armoire, ceiling fan, AC window unit, base board heater, treadmill, and a sliding door out to the surrounding deck.

The cozy, middle room offers a wingback style queen bed, fan, space heater, AC window unit, closet, dresser, and an antique, bedside table.

The front bedroom features a sleigh style queen bed, armoire with drawers, AC window unit, fan, baseboard heater, and a closet.

The bathrooms come equipped with toilet paper, bathing gels, shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryers.

Cleaning Protocols

We take your health and safety seriously! The house is professionally cleaned between every rental. A cleaning fee is included in the total price for the rental.

When you book The Oak Haven, you get exclusive, private use of the entire house and the property. To make a reservation, please send an email inquiry to theoakhaven@gmail.com. In your inquiry, please include how many people will be attending your booking and whether or not you will have children with you. We have a capacity limit of 6 people per reservation. The age limit to book The Oak Haven is 26 and I may ask to see ID. Please also tell me a bit about yourself and what brings you to the area.

For confirmed bookings, a detailed house manuel with check-in instructions, and other things to note, will be sent at least 48 hours prior to your arrival time. Feel free to reach out with questions! I'm happy to help.
